Six Guided ChatGPT Sessions to Navigate the Empty Nest Years
When children grow up and start living their own lives, many mothers face a quiet but unsettling shift.
There is more silence, fewer responsibilities — and a feeling of emptiness, guilt, or confusion about how to live for yourself.
This is not a course, not therapy, and not motivational content.
It is a collection of 6 ready-made prompts that you copy and paste into any AI chat (ChatGPT or similar) to have calm, structured conversations about what is happening inside you.
Every session includes:
- a carefully written AI prompt that guides the conversation step by step
- simple offline exercises that help integrate insight into real life
Who is this for?
For women whose children have grown up and left, and who feel emptiness, guilt, or quiet confusion, and want calm, respectful clarity without advice, pressure, or the need to “fix” themselves.
Who is the author?
My name is Sergei. I have a PhD, worked as a consultant with politicians, entrepreneurs, and NGOs, and spent over 25 years as a trainer and speaker. I’ve led more than 500 seminars on personal growth and social topics in 11 countries, and I’m the author of Happy Flow.
I went through separation myself — and I know what it feels like to be on the other side of a life that has already changed.
Now I want to support other moms (and sons) through similar transitions — not with big concepts or abstract ideas, but with simple, humane, practical tools.
So you can have a completely private, safe space to breathe, reflect, and feel heard — without explanations, judgment, or anyone else in the room.
What’s inside
6 clear, sequential sessions (one evening each), each with:
- a ready-to-copy prompt for the AI
- gentle guidance on how to use it
- short, practical homework tasks
The sessions build step by step:
1) When motherhood has ended, but I haven’t — noticing the inner shift after children grow up
2) Guilt and fear of freedom — understanding guilt and anxiety around living for yourself
3) Who am I besides a mother? — reconnecting with yourself beyond one role
4) The fear of living for myself — separating real fears from familiar ones
5) Life without the word “should” — releasing duty as the main source of self-worth
6) How to fill your life from here — gently moving forward without pressure
